characteristics. They are very proud and
spirited, almost "cocky", as if they
know how magical they are. Still, they
are gentle and extremely people-friendly
whether they be under saddle, in
harness, or nurturing their babies. They
are full of personality, vigor, and are
sweet and trustworthy. High quality
Friesian mares are often used for
breeding, and can be quite valuable.

baby, before she has been judged as
premium or star breeding stock. This is
